Amanda Rock, CFP®, is an Everence® Financial Planner in the Central Penn core market. She has a desire to help others manage their finances in a way that honors God through the many joys and challenges that life brings.
Amanda began her career in the insurance industry in 1993. Three years later, she joined Everence Financial and became a financial consultant. She earned her Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2003 and maintains multiple insurance and investment securities licenses. Amanda is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Central Pennsylvania.
Amanda is an accomplished pianist and vocalist. She enjoys travel and spending time with her husband and two Maltese dogs. Lucy Dowd is the Owner of Lucy Dowd Law. Lucy has over 30 years of experience assisting clients in the areas of Estate Settlement, Elder Law, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and representing individuals with special needs, including Special Needs Trusts and Guardianships. She is also the Solicitor of a municipal sewer and water authority.
Lucy is passionate about helping her clients, listening to their needs and explaining every step of the legal process to them in language that is easy to understand. She is also passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities.
Lucy serves on the board of The Arc Lancaster Lebanon and Excentia Human Services and is V.P. of Professional Development on the ABWA LAEN board. She is also a volunteer mentor in the Lancaster Chamber Women in Business Mentoring Program.
Lucy is the mother of four adult children. She enjoys biking, hiking, music, theater and reading.
Marian began her real estate career in 1989. She and her team have handled more than 1,000 sales transactions. She is a marketing expert with an over 98.5% success rate for selling the listings she takes to market. This is because she has developed a unique internet based “5 Step Selling System” created from her extensive experience and her C.R.S. (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. She knows that the internet is the place to market a property to Buyers and has developed a sophisticated system of "feeder websites" that present her listings to many ready to purchase Buyers. This system also provides her with data driven feedback tools from which her Sellers can make informed strategic sales decisions. She knows that the successful marketing strategies of a year or two ago are not the ones that work today.
Her attention to detail and execution of successful sales plans earned Marian an induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2010. She is also a certified stager holding the A.S.P. (Accredited Staging Specialist) designation and holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council) designation which allows her to expertly advise senior clients through real estate transactions.

Dawn and her family (Darryl, Jacob and Kalia) live in Lancaster and are very involved in their community and schools. They enjoy attending the kids activities with music and sports as well as enjoying time visiting with family/friends, playing games and cards, fishing, boating, and working on their home together. Their family just became members at Mission Church (formerly Harvest Bible) and are looking forward in getting more involved at the church.
