Elizabeth Hornberger, president of PC Focus, founded the company in January 1990. Liz has been in the computer training and development business for almost 30 years now and continues to run the business with most of the philosophies that sparked this career many years ago. About Rhonda Kleiman

Rhonda brings over 35 years of experience as a business librarian.  She has a Master of Library Science degree from St. John’s University, Jamaica, NY and has worked in both corporate/special and public library settings.  She was a Senior Information Specialist in the information center at the American Association of Advertising Agencies before moving to Lancaster in 2000 to start the Library System of Lancaster County’s business and economic gardening program.  Over the years, she has volunteered in various capacities including serving on boards and advisory committees for numerous local business organizations including SCORE, ASSETS, EDC of Lancaster County, Lancaster Chamber and ABWA-LAEN.  She was LAEN’s 2019 Woman of the Year.  Rhonda has been a long-time member of American Library Association and has chaired several committees within the Business Reference Service Section.  She is also a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals and is currently Chair of the 2020 Annual Conference Sponsorship Committee.  She has given hundreds of presentations on successful search strategies for finding business and marketing information and is available as a guest speaker for local organizations.
