2.  Members will not allow their personal beliefs and convictions to interfere with the representation of ABWA’s mission.
3.  Members will always treat their member colleagues, guests, vendors, and sponsors with honesty, respect, fairness, integrity, responsibility, kindness, and in good faith.
4.  Members will maintain compliance with ABWA National, Chapter, and Express Network and Council Bylaws.
5.  Members will not use their personal power to advance their personal interests.
6.  Members will strive for excellence in their professions by maintaining and enhancing their own business knowledge and skills, and by encouraging the professional development of other members.

Lancaster Area Express Network (LAEN) Chapter History

On June 14, 2006, the Lancaster Area Express Network (LAEN) became the first American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Express Network in Pennsylvania. Thirty-five dedicated Lancaster County professionals and their associates led the charge to make ABWA history. We are united by a common purpose – to support each other in professional growth and career advancement. Since our inception, we have provided numerous business-related educational and motivational speakers and successful networking events. We are proud of our ABWA history and accomplishments, both nationally and locally, which promote the rich heritage and mission ABWA, founded in 1949.

To succeed in business today you need to be conscious of how you use your most valuable resource – your time. The Lancaster Area Express Network can help you make the most of every minute! Meeting formats allow professional women to focus on networking opportunities and education. Come join us, you’ll be glad you did!
